@good5113 Yea, to be good with something one must be obsessed with it. Live and breathe it. It's called being focused. I think 'focus' is a synonym of 'obsessiveness'. A person can only be good at something, anything, with that frame of mind. So fuck y'all haters.

This is a man who has found the life he needed to live, yet continues to be unsatisfied. And that's good. He continues to see things he still hasn't done, to find other chefs to aspire him. I love the refreshing nature of this man. Not a stuffy f-ing foodie, but a regular guy who is rocking.
