This sensational Rock tone comes from an very early Plexi 50 made 1968. The JTM 68 use Solid State Rectifier! It's hand-built and point to point wired on Paxolin-boards & vintage turrets with alu-block-ends in full alu-chassis! Brian Wallace handwired transformers custom made exclusively for Gladius like original specifications! For studio use or at home you can switch the power transformer down to 1W without loosing tones like power attenuators do! - listen to the JTM 68 and you can hear that no other new amp could offer you this sensational classic tone with a feeling & vibe for today! Thomas played his '61 Strat hooked up with a Dummy-Coli w/2 original pickups and a Kloppmann middle PU straight wired! NO pedals or other Effects were used. FatsoFlex cable direct into amp. Recorded with a 2x12" Gladius cabinet thru a 60's SM 57 made in USA! More details check www.proguitar.eu

  • the bass sounds flubby and fuzzy, especially at 1:45.
