Jump, right arm wave, jump, left arm wave, pull in and sweep back, elbow out, hand on chest (head bop-bop if you're a guard) hands on hips, quickstep, sexy shuffle left (Bella throws head around), hip shuffle, arms up and kick!, thrust hands out and hold them together, turn them to the right, three backward throws/stomps, bend at the waist and swivel, high right-legged kick, squat, then bounce up into the defiant finishing pose.
