How to make beats with Pro-Tools 8.0

This was one of my semester projects at MJC (Modesto Junior College). Basically I used my Yamaha Motif ES6 to make a hip-hop/rap beat and show everyone how to lay it down in Pro-Tools 8.0. Sorry I had to make the video five minutes and I had to compress my content but this was my first attempt at a how to video. hey man, great video, however, i just got my hands on protools 9, and i i just would like to know the easy step by step on which tracks i should create to record my sounds, to opening and setting up and using the metronome, which grid sheet you use, and how to use certain plug ins, that pro tools come with, you should make a video on the step by step process,
