Suicide blasts outside hotels popular with Westerners killed dozens of people in Baghdad Monday, according to Iraqi officials. The explosions hit just before the announcement came that Saddam Hussein's cousin was hanged. (Jan 25)

It would be good when the the loss of life is reduced or stops and that can only happen when the USA and their troops leaves. Even under Sadam Hussain, there was not as much turmoil as it is in Iraq and the numbers of people killed and made refugess was very low.
