I hoped that the media would tell the facts of action that a Prime Minister has taken in reforming the government, and public sectors. In appreciation for a government doing things for the people. I was impressed with this speech as with all the others that he gives. Lays it out in plain English. Proud tWas to have Rudd as PM!

I heard Gillard has a lower popularity now than Kevin did when he was knifed. wonder if Rudd get's a revenge kill?

Kevin Rudd always came across as someone who allowed a very rigid interviewing style and demeanor overshadow any sense of normal human engagement that even politicians should possess....this along with his overcomittment and susbsequent non delivery of key policies was his downfall...also not flagging the mining tax at the '07 election was a monumental mistake.

The problem with Ruddy, he was a show off....I will never ever vote for Gillard...NEVER
He really deserved better than this. Thanks for being our PM Kev!

He made me proud when he apologised to the stolen generations. He made me proud when his decisions helped Australia avoid the economic crisis (things really did get awful overseas). He even makes me proud now, that he has handled this transition with such generosity. It worries me that the media can now seem to determine who our leaders are. Rudd, you're a good man, and I'm sorry to see you go.
