    @n16ad I feel this was more strategy than tactics. Different people need different things to be inspired to take action. Person I feel this was very inspiring, I would love to pick Will's brains a little more about this. Will have a vision, he has a cause, he has a purpose. That it the kind of leadership I want to follow.

    He talks for almost 13 minutes about something he is clearly passionate about, without offering any evidence at all to support his ideas. No numbers, no studies, no theory - not so much as one positive anecdote - it's a bunch of fluffy conjecture backed up by nothing. He may well be right, but given 13 minutes to say whatever he wanted, I'm none the wiser. He may have good ideas, but on the basis of this video, I'd have to conclude that they are without real foundation sadly.
