find a good building, use the blade air slice on her legs. on normal it will take you like 4 times till the legs are gone.

wasn't hard but i was being rushed so i hated it. i just used the armor and blade to damage hunters and absorb their health. got in one of the many helicopters and kept launching rockets at her untill the things on the side were destroyed then used the most powerful attack. i forget what it is called now but the one that shoots out a beam. rinse, repeat ad infinitum

This boss was actually pretty easy. It took a long damn time, yeah, but so long as you could take off down an alley, kill and absorb four hunters and occasionally get in a tank from time to time, it wouldn't be much of a problem. Of course, I still got slaughtered the first time when I mistook that green crap for health. Nice work with the more direct approach, though.
