I saw them in 1977 when they played the Cellar Bar at Thames Poly in Woolwich and I danced like an idiot spilling my beer everywhere :-) They weren't that well known at the time so there was none of that 'star' crap and we all just had a few beers together after. Coincidently that was the night I first tasted a McDonalds burger, Woolwich being the site of the first of their first UK restaurant, but I was so wasted by then I had no idea what I was eating - Happy days :-)

Nice to see a view of the scene from the other side of the pond. Although I'm not a fan of the group it's nice to see them in '77 and Gaye of course ( even if she could barely be seen here ).
For their standards this is a pretty good song.

i had 5-10 minutes when absolutely no cunt was in the building bar me and i was on the stage alone nr the 'mike stand' position....i closed my eyes and thought of this very Adverts performance....sent shivers i can tell you
