Holden VH Commodore Crashes at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2010

Peter Champion gets it a bit wrong at "The Corner" during the Friday run up the hill at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2010 and says hello to the straw bails.

The collision doesn't look too bad but see the next video for the damage that has been caused to this classic pieve of motor racing history.

The Holden V8 Commodore was raced in the Australian Bathurst event and this particular car took vistory in 1982 & 1983.

The Commodore features a 5 litre V8.

Good to see a car being driven properly up the hill. Far to many just do a slow-ish demo up the hill as the driver is scared of damaging an old race car. They're race cars, so race them. Good on this driver, even if he lost it
