Yes, it is so sad. I hate retiring. MM never be the same without Mr Nettles. I don't want him to leave !

Some fans reckon that Midsomer Murders would be different without John Nettles but it will be much safer when Neil Dudgeon is in the starring role as another Barnaby.

@Kerlerot I know the burn, mate. I've discovered the serie in 2008 thanks to a friend of mine. I would buy the DVD's too if they weren't that expencief. Maybe i'll find them cheaper in my neightbour countiers

Oof! I know it's childish, but I do not want that John Nettles leaves Midsomer!!! It is such a great pleasure for me to watch Inspector Barnaby with his coolness and his brilliant powers of deduction!
