In the picture a 3.00 the bottom footprint is a right footprint facing forward with the full expance of the foot touching the wall. this would make it almost impossible to walk forward without overbalancing. you would have to be able, literally, to walk through walls.

I think it may have made the hole intentionally and marked it with the stick. Why is anyone's guess. Every time I make a new discovery it always leads to more questions, which is one reason it's so addicting!
We should start a Squatchaholics Anonymous.
Awesome find! Thanks for sharing!

Did you report this to the BFRO? If not, you should.

@sasquatchcommenter its a valid point till you consider that a sasquatch would be a stealth pro and hugging walls is basic stealth stuff.Peaking is another one like around trees or wall corners hint hint.

@THESLICKNESSEDM Good one, did it take you two years to come up with that?
-
@dosabus you obviously know nothing about stealth tactics, under the bridge would be the darkest spot unless there is a light there. so a squatch would go here, then since there is no cover here hugging the wall is the best way to remain hidden from view this is basic stuff. no offense or anything just saying

@pualywog why is that so hard to believe edmonton is a city with lots of parks and is wide spread the river valley that runs through the heart of the city is huge and goes into north sakatchewan.Animals of all kinds wander into the city all the time i have seen porcupines, deer, tons of cyotes, foxes, rabits everywhere, its easy to imagine the squatch's useing this corridor for travel if they migrate which i think they do they need water so rivers would be the best way to travel.
this is intriguing. i read the two links also. sucks that they ignored you, but i also find it amusing lol. great photos and skillful investigating. man, i wish i could see BigFoot. I'd love to catch it on tape and make a fortune.
It must've been bittersweet to find those prints. It's nice to see the prints, but it would be even nicer to see Big Foot. :(

I was in Jasper Park camping with a bud. We went for a midnight walk up a path and into the walk we got this real spooky feeling. But none of us spoke up. We're both pretty tough guys and all. But both of us had the hairs on the back of our necks standing up and all and finally for me about having this feeling for 2mins or so spoke up and asked if he wanted to go back to which he replied, thought you'd never ask. Were both adventurers n both have spent time in the wilds alone. This was weird.

continued.. we both ran back to the fire we had left about 30 yeards away. I'll never forget that. that feeling. He had it and I could tell in his voice when he said "thought you'd never ask"! and we both turned on a dime at the same time and both pace walked back down the path until we could see the light of the fire. When we finally got back to camp we grabbed a beer and didnt mention it ever since. I have! Love this story! I'm not afraid to admit I was afraid!
