I decided that i was sick of eating acidic foods and have low energy. I am now changing my diet to an alkaline diet, which is mainly wheatgrass green juice and mineral water. I am going to track my progress on a video diary. (first one ver). This is similar to a raw vegetable diet, but adding the focus of alkalinity and hydration.
