【材料】:去骨雞腿1隻、檸檬1個、愛文芒果1個、優格1罐、酥炸粉1/2碗、米酒1大匙、醬油1大匙、鹽適量
【做法】:
1、將雞腿加入醬油、鹽、檸檬汁、檸檬皮均勻醃漬。
2、芒果去皮切塊,加入優酪乳打成泥,再放入檸檬汁,即完成醬汁部分。
3、醃好的雞腿沾上酥炸粉,再沾水後,再裹一次酥炸粉。
4、起鍋熱油,將裹好粉的雞腿,放入炸約6分鐘,起鍋前,轉大火再回鍋炸,炸約20秒即可起鍋。
5、最後把雞腿切塊後,放入芒果優格汁,即完成「香檸芒果雞」。
