This was the first song Mike ever wrote. The reason they didn't play it for years was because they "thought it sounded too much like a dead song" and spent years after Jerry died trying to shed the "they're the replacement for GD since jerry's dead" label...

I've heard that Mike is the one who isn't fond of it. Strange considering we wrote it and sings it. I love the song and hope to hear it next summer!
