If you take too much time to reach that area you may not be able to get the Black Card.

No you do have to hurry. I wasted time checking everything (swollen fries floating in the oil lol) and i missed out on the cutscene and getting the black card. I figure you're limited to about ten minutes or so.

thanks i totally forgot how to get the black card and oh u dont need to hurry either way u will encounter that guy and a cutscene and the card so no worries

after you view the SWAT officer on camera, it doesn't matter how much time it takes to get there to get the black card. what matters is that you VIEW the officer on the camera. if you skip viewing the officer on the camera you CAN'T get the black card
