All of this footage was shot when I was part of a medical mission with Mobile Medical Disaster Relief (MMDR.org) during the last week of April 2010 Port-au-Prince, Haiti. As you can see the metal shacks, makeshift tent in fields, parks and literally the street are the only housing for hundreds of thousands of people. Some of the children you see were begging for money. The family in the early part of the video with the kids on bunk beds had lost the from wall of their home so I was literally shooting into their house from the sidewalk.
wow, i was there for a construction mission the same week...i am doing all i can to get back there!! there is still so much to be done! thanks for putting this video up!

@acofish1 Thanks Mike. I was there last month and was glad to see that a great deal of the ruins have been cleared but the capital is still cover with tents. Today there were mudslides and bad flooding. Some people did die. Hope you make it back! I'm headed back tomorrow. I hope to put together a more up to date video.
