Yieks....I'm with pdamaskos.
My affection for Ms. Hawkins made this interview painful to watch....honestly, you put a camera in her face and start off with "You're so cool, I've had two beers so..."
Still, cheers to Sally for being so very gracious.

THANK YOU for this post but I was distracted by the interviewers intrusiveness. I wished that she had let Ms. Hawkins' thoughts unfold instead of cutting her off. In this era of global assault on women's rights, I am grateful that Sally accepts the the mantle of feminist (when so few do) and am also grateful that she is both an amazing comic as well as dramatic actress. She was excellent in Mrs. Warren's profession and I would encourage her to come back to Broadway in St. Joan!
