I love Whoopi, she was totally right. The point wasn't to bring up slavery, it was to prove a point. The constitution had to (and still has) to be changed to support the new ideas and lifestyles that come with being a developed country. But I guess some people hear what they want to hear.

I have many, MANY black friends and none worry about Slavery or have anything against white people, but you seem to have a massive chip on your shoulder about something that is over and done with and, frankly, no sane person would allow to happen again! @melanatedsoul Wow, size of that chip on your shoulder I'm surprised you can walk. Using an example of my own history, Anglo-Scotch relations have never been so good. Why? Because we refuse to let the past get to us! The English in the 12th century took land from Scots, raped women, killed people (the only real difference was that we were not taken in slavery), bear in mind this is whites against whites, you have to share a country so get on with it!

Whoopi does not need to worry about slavery! McCain said he wanted to overturn Roe Vs Wade (in his opinion, and mine, a bad decision) it was Whoopi herself who brought up the subject of slavery and she needs to be told that this discussion has nothing to do with slavery or racism or anything like that, and that it would benefit the blacks if Roe Vs Wade was overturned as Margaret Sanger herself was in favour of Eugenics, specifically against black people, and her legacy lives on!

She is having none of it so if you intend to stay here I advise that you start loving yourself so you can love others, especially when they are different. It has been a hell of a road for me to start loving and forgiving most Caucasian behavior.
