waverly place is a greatr place to live except for the $75.00 waterbill for a single person. when you renew your lease they use bait and switch scam. they also find a way of stealing money from you in a nice, polite and legal way. the location is great. the community, diversified and my neighbors are wonderful. i feel that the community is safe, but others would disagree. i ve been @ waverly a couple yrs and wanted to warn others before they signed a lease. good luck!
