This Jamestown Distributors video will show you how to spool a spinning reel with monofilament line. Re-spooling should be done before every fishing season or as needed. You can see our entire fishing category on our website, along with other great how-to videos, at: http://jamestowndistributors.com.

  • Hey you've got a great ho to video there. I like fishing, and i've always wanted to try it out and get into it, so i got a fishing rod and gear of my own, and they strung it at their place there. But i'm having some real trouble and i really want to go fishing this weekend, will you please look at my own video and tell me what i need to do? any help is appreciated. thank you so much.

  • @actionboy259 I watched your video and your line needs to go under the bail (the curved metal wire that goes around the top of the reel).
