So Celtic(Scottish football team) won the European Cup before any English,German,Dutch and French clubs and you say and I quote: 'Mate Scotland...haven't come close to tickling Europe...:L' Not only that,despite Scottish football admittedly being at a low at the moment,2 separate Scottish football teams(Celtic and Rangers) have reached European finals in the past 8 years and also have reached the Last 16 of the UEFA Champions League 3 times in the past 5 years.
