Has this show ever been released on DVD.? Elton sounds best playing his old tunes this way - just him and a piano. I'm tipping it may not ever get a release as he was a bit low on hair at the time and he may not want to remind his audience of his old look. Shame if that's the case, as this was a great show.

it is not correct to say that Elton doesn't write his own songs since he does compose the entirety of his own *music*. it's the *lyrics* which are not usually his creation.

@RegalLife i never knew that ! i love this song , for many personal reasons , but i didn't know the inspiration behind Mr . Taupin 's lyrics and the amazing emotion on Sir Elton John's voice .
