ATC In-house Hockey Skills Development

Hockey players who train at the ATC spend 2 hours/week working on their skills (shooting, stick handling, hand eye coordination) immediately after off-season training sessions. The Endure Sports facility which is connected to the ATC training facility has 3 shooting pads and a 80' x 40' mini rink.

very nice, but is that ice ? arn't they cold, or if they fall knees or elbow on ice ... and i think it's better with equipement since there is weight, with no equipement it's kinda easier. Nice Video
