Mega Man Powered Up - Oil Man theme in 8-bit

I've thought about what it would be like if Time Man and Oil Man were in the first Mega Man game. Wondering how they would look like and how their stage themes would sound like. I decided to make them.

I tried my best to make them look and sound as authentic as possible. The music was made with Famitracker. So it will sound like the real thing. I made the 8-bit sprites with the color limitations of the NES kept in mind. This is how they would actually look in the game.
