The World's Filthiest Public Toilet

Just so that those considering travel in the Middle East are forewarned; there are worse things than going behind a rock with a piece of tissue paper.

This place made the worst toilet I'd been to before look like a weekend at a luxury health spa. It is located at the back of the bus station in the town of Ajloun in Jordan. As can be seen, one has to walk over a layer of human excrement to get in, only to be confronted by a W.C. that is non-functional due to the build-up of a large mound of faeces. The smell was not too good either and it was somewhat slippery underfoot. There's also a fair bit of litter, which seemed to have been placed there solely for decorative purposes. Don't watch this too many times else you might get hepatitis.
