@walter0bz Other ways to control population can be tax incentives for having less kids and legalized abortion (which human rights people are aiming for anyway) worldwide. Better education statistically lowers the amount of kids people have and there should be permanent or large monetary bonuses for agreeing to be sterilized. These types of ideas would help the population of our planet very much.

I was a town planner for 10 years. People need to understand that it is not the GREED of people who want to forever expand in cities. It is actually the GREED of developers who manipulate government with donations. Sure, everyone wants a home and a garden. But at the same time - who is SUPPLYING this "demand"? In many ways the city has become a "false economy" where real estate draws in money and exchanges it with building companies who donate & manipulate town planning government departments.

@internetfan2005 H-5 to that! Most of Florida outside of Miami, Key West and Seaside etc is an abomination of 1 level buildings & their vast pavement spaced far apart, eating away @ the orange groves and natural areas. Other examples, NJ away from NYC & Philly, PHX area & Pahrump NV.
