It's a simple old game says ace goal machine (and part time goalie) Jim, "Yer just stop 'em goin in at one end, and stick 'em in at t'other end !" A fairytale strike on every debut at every level (except Barnet) for 'Hans Christian' Greaves - it took Jim all of 3 minutes to score on his testimonial agin Feenjord when he had been retired for 18 months !

@GhibliFan1 Much of Greaves being under-appreciated seems to come from this more modern belief that Greaves was just a goal-poacher; which you can see from the footage in the vid that he had A LOT more to the attacking side of his game than that IMHO.

My dad watched the Busby Babes, in the flesh, week in week out, and for all the people who go on about George Best, my dad says the best players he ever watched live were Denis Law and Jimmy Greaves. He said Greaves had the same kind of dexterity that Messi possesses. Underrated genius.
