20 years +. It comes down to money. How it's financed is never clearly explained. I really try to understand aerospace. Maybe if outer space was recognized as development property.... you can keep the area you land on to a radius of 100 miles; and weaponize it, mine it whatever.... but you have to maintain a human presence for 10 years with an increase of 3 people a year minimum.... or 1 year from landing a minimum of 30 people? No income taxes...or 100% deductions?
