This is my very first actual green screen attempt. There is a point where you can sort of see through me, and I'm not sure why. I know it's not much for a first attempt. I'm using Final Cut Express HD and Slick's Vidmix iMovie plugin to achieve the chroma key effect.

  • where can i buy a green screen

  • A very good place to buy green screen and video supplies in general is tubetape . com

  • 29.97 FPS.. thats NTSC standard, when people say 30 FPS.. thats what they mean. North American TV uses NTSC, and the PAL standard is used mostly in Europe, its at 25 FPS.

  • Aye, at the time when I first made this video I knew the difference between PAL and NTSC, but I have actually seen some capture programs capture video at 30 fps. At the time I didn't know if there were any real difference in quality in .03 frames per sec difference. LOL

  • Dude, that is so sweet, but how do you do the software editing on that? In other words, how did you get that airplane footage over the green screen?

BTW - saw recent baby video, you're blessed to have an angel like that.

  • Thank you on the comment about my son. As for the airplane footage, I actually shot that video footage myself from an airplane arriving from Dallas to Salt Lake City! Pretty sweet, huh?
