This guy appreciates his students don't have the years of experience it takes for a cool lick to become part of muscle memory. He understands the little subtleties many great guitarists do but can't remember how they learned it. All performances from swinging a golf club or riffing begin as intellectually awkward leaning and finally become muscle memory.
