The song is "Superheroes" from the Rocky Horror Picture Show soundtrack (one of my favorite movies, and simply THE Soundtrack of All Time, IMO).

That means you probably watched the US version of the film, which omitted it for no good reason.
In the UK version of the film after they escape from the castle at the end of the film, it goes into a musical sequence as they lie there on the ground. I wish YouTube had a clip of the scene so you could see it, but it's on the DVD. I like it because it shows how really messed up Brad and Janet were by the end of the night, and ends the film on a more sobering note.
