Global warming can cause extremely cold winters complete with above average occurrences of ice storms and blizzards. Sadly most people are too uneducated on the subject to understand this. It's as real as I am human and can be proved with science.

Okay Chicken Little....How do you think they detected global warming???? From higher than average temps. Tempatures have not increased in the past 10 years. Now we have lower than average temps. Give me a break! Lol!

Just because its still cold doesnt mean global warming doesnt exist. The WHOLE idea is that global temperature will raise buy as much as 6 degrees which will have a big effect on places like the rainforest.

These ideas were hooey 50 years ago, but for some reason people believe it now. I know you think I'm a simpleton, but I am in academia and am close to earning my masters degree. Once you've been around these derelicts long enough, you know they don't have a clue. Something's happening, but it isn't "global warming."

i don't believe in global warming but i do believe in climate change :), where i'm from for 5 years now the monsoon has become stronger, and the summer had become longer, i hate it because our livelihood is dependent on agriculture(e.g. rice growing) this year the planting season in our area was delayed for 3 months because of no rain. I guess the Ruger SR9 will have to wait another year :)
