  • That sounds nice man...too bad its an automatic though. They shouldnt even make GT's automatic...what a waste.

  • I don't think so. My automatic is faster then a manual transmission GT. That, and I have a free hand to control my audio system. Also, turbos work MUCH better with autos.

  • I'm looking at this exact setup. Would anyone tell me how bad the drone is at about 2000 RPM? My car is an everyday car, and I couldn't stand a real bad drone. One to ten, how bad is the drone? If 10 is having to talk unnaturally loud to have a conversation inside the coupe.

  • @EvenSteven2004 LOL Steve is right that is why you don't see an automatic on the KR Super Snake. Also the stock tranny can be modified to handle more torque. If you do your research more auto's overheat and burn clutch packs under power. And another its not all about the tranny, you also need a good rear end that can deliver the power to the wheels.

  • ferraridav, what kind of stupid logic is that? Do you even know what a torque converter does? Dumbass.

  • not true, manuals are faster (personal experience)and more fun, I cant imagine driving an auto V8.

  • beautiful sound, im looking into exhaust for my 06 GT, cant decide between bassani, borla, or corsa. And fyi, for speed automatics are better, just look at all the super high powered cars, they all use automatics, because they can handle more torque with a converter.

  • Really nice sound. Not ricey, just deep and powerful. I'm sold.

  • The automatic v manual debate really depends on your type of driving. In a drag, an automatic is better for launches but a manual is more fun in the curves. Also, 2nd gear scratches aren't as much a display of power as much as poor suspension and axle wrap, my brothers 84 datsun pickup can scratch 2nd and 3rd.

  • autos stink...manuals are the real deal...

  • Your automatic is faster than a manual, huh? Whatever you smoke, pass it on LOL

Anyways, great sound from your cat-back

  • u said turbos work better with auto...wat about super chargers? hows that work with an auto gt? against a manual
