  • She have $50,800 in the beginning, she won $600 in the first circle and then $99,400 more.

  • This was the 3rd longest $100,000 tournament ever.

  • They lost a little time on RAILROAD.

  • D21howie, more vids are on VEOH.

  • On this show, yes.

  • I know I said that this is the 4th tournament and the third longest tournament.

  • Me too !! It was a different time when people would celebrate with you and were excited to see you happy. Very few people were sitting back analyzing; you were allowed to have fun.

It's now at a time when it's more enjoyable to see someone in pain and the focus of gossip; THIS, today, makes people celebrate.

  • I used to like hoe the entire audience would come up on stage and celebrate with the winner. Classic stuff.

  • The preview thumbnail for this video is hilarious! The contestant has her hands up to her face in a scream and the blonde has her arms going towards the contestant's neck.

  • @fressen One of my all time favorites, and one of the best game shows ever created!!

  • this was such a great show

  • They always maximized the total grand prize whether it was $25,000 attempt or here $100,000.

  • @cuzzinPhil I will always, always, ALWAYS love The $100,000 Pyramid... not just because of the high drama and tension, or the fast, frenetic game play, but because it also reminds me of how once upon a time, we were actually thrilled and happy to see people win and succeed. Fast forward about 25 years, and people now only seem to be happy when others fail and fall flat on their faces. My, how the world has changed since the days of The $100,000 Pyramid... Such a shame. :-(

  • Say, how many people DID that contestant invite??!

  • Love Pyramid:) It's one of the few games where you see emotions at their most genuine and the gameplay as its finest and most intense

  • Ahhh ... back when game shows were FUN to watch ... I wish we could dig up Gene Rayburn, Art Flemming, Monty Hall (wait ... he's not dead ...)

  • I think one of the things that made this show great was the fact that the celebrities would get just as excited as the contestants when they won. A lot of them took this show very seriously and it was so fun to watch

  • I just love Audrey Landers' squeal! She was so happy!
