Both kinda. I have trained Tae Kwon Do, Judo/Jujitsu, and now Muay Thai at a club. I also mix the arts together and freestyle some.

@Angels4God hey man, i went to tae kwon do and kick boxin for like 2 years i remember a couple of stuff like you were doin, but i quit bc it was to expensive and i didnt have time cuz i started workin and helpin my family, you think if i train at home like your doing i can still be a lean mean fighting machine like yourself, ill appreciate it if you get back to me thanks

@AYitsRAY Yes, you can train at home and get very good. You must be consistent and work at it daily. My suggestion is starting out with push ups and sit ups in the mornings at least three times a week. You should run and/or bike ride for cardio 3 to 4 times a week. Utilize technology to teach yourself - find some good YouTube videos, training DVDs, etc. to help you. There are a lot of good books on martial arts and MMA type training at Barnes and Noble. Never give up and you will win! : )

Get a Thai banana bag with a stand. That plastic base hopping around would drive me nuts.

Yea, one day I hope to own a gym with some of that type of equipment. I love some of the Fairtex bags, but they are really expensive. Thanks for watching. :)
