  • Good video. Well said. I agree. However, it makes it harder to let go when that person is still coming after you and attacking you. Still, I hear you. FYI, I never could find a sitter for that Salvia so it just sits in my drawer. Go figure.

  • @Theegamedude Yep, but i'd have to say that if someone is still attacking you the experience isn't over yet. Change it somehow, do something different and learn from the outcome.

  • your words speak for the lives of many, goosebumps, its resonating, bless

  • This is exactly what I have been dealing with. I just can't decide if I need to let go of or mend the current situations I am in. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts.

  • Exactly man...a large chunk of the people on this planet live in the past and can't let go of the past and they are stuck livin in the past. They can't forgive someone for something that happend...yet these things occur because it was meant to happen to learn from it...to gain wisdom from it...to mature and to realize the flaws in that situation and thats what we should absorb and learn...take all this and move forward! Nicely done! Namaste

  • I soooo know what you mean about singing ya shit out and holding onto pain I even wrote a song called let go I loved screaming that out lol Hope ya cd comes together well Rock ON ;0) Love and light Layla.

  • Great insights! I definitely need to work on letting go some more. Thanks for the reminder and push. It makes a lot of sense. :)

  • An analogy I like to tell my kids is,

When I was young, I used to get beat up-- wanted to take Karate to be able to defend myself. But even before taking Karate, I realized that once I had the skill to defend myself, I would also have the confidence to avoid confrontation, so the Karate would not be needed.

The lesson sought is seldom the lesson learned

  • glad to see you again. wonderful progress on your cd..that's great! Love your message. Much love :)
