    Italian Meat Ball are :

    - Mixted meat from pork and cow ( macinato misto )

    - Parmesan chease

    - Eggs

    - Bread in the milk and pressed

    - Muskat nuts

    - Salt and pepper

  • this are not italian meatballs,

    the italian meatballs are a food of south italy, no of "veneto"

  • title should read, "sausage balls with palenta"

  • We don' t do meatball like that in italy, really, but seems a good taste. We usually do meatballs mixing different types of meat.

  • i've been living in italy for 18 months and have never come across meatballs. it's more an american-italian thing. still, looks pretty tasty. polpette are meatballs but they are served cold and as a snack in bars and buffets. they are bloody tasty.
