Hi denknee: Major props.
Zoe Nicholson insists this song is to Maria. Isn't it interesting that Laura's pet name for herself to her woman is "Mama's" e.g. this ditty & "Emmie"? Also intriguing is that Maria seemed attracted to older women, e.g. Laura & Zoe were each 6-7 years older than Maria.
