I think one thing I found most daunting is that the cost of going vegan RAW is going to cost a lot and take a lot of prep time every day?? How has your food budget been effected going raw?

Well it sounds like you are a believer he's not doing this for Jesus I am not doing it for Jesus why do so many people try to bring in the religious form of losing weight or just trying to get healthy you know it comes to a point in anybody's life that
they start looking at what they did in the past how much we fuck up our bodies so it never hurts to try to better ourselves

I'm not a believer.... but Jesus said, if you're fasting, don't tell anyone. Maybe there's something to that...
as for the cravings, your body is saying, "more nutrition please" and I bet it's happier too.

i don't believe in jesus...sorry ..and its not a fast nor spiritual...its a cleanse and i feel sharing health with others is a blessing to all who can get a positive result...
