XM is so full of shit. I had three radios and was diconnecting one of them due to the fact that we sold the car it was in. Their cancellation policy is to disconnect your call with your first request and then they give you this bs about their system being down and you have to call back later to try. In my case they said 2 hours. When I found out, online, that this was a scheme I called back in 10 minutes and demanded that they just cancel all 3 of my accounts. Miraculously the system was up.
