I just purchased this a few days ago and it works so good. I use it for an hour a day though when I am sitting at my desk at work. I love it! I can feel it tightening my muscles already. Can't wait to see how I look in six weeks. I want to try the slendertone for the face now too so it can tighten my face muscles...

it doesnt build it tones !!! so it wont work if your never worked out
