This is my video number 2 of me flexing!
In 10 weeks, in which I experimented different nutrition and exercise, I went from 18% to 7% body fat and lost 11kg/24 lbs. I have now truly found out how to shred a maximum of fat every week and it definetely works from personal experience! I am releasing my full Rippedomania program very soon in which I am putting together all these true secrets to lowering body fat % and get ripped!

    Diet is the most important unless your are extremely genetically gifted.. Nelly is probably one of these assuming he can eat everything he wants like you said.. A solid muscle diet is not equal to food deprivation you are wrong! You just have to eat the right food at the right time! I have discovered that during the years which is why I have written my program, to share with people. Thanks
