Crappy Plumbing work in the area managed by Gold Coast City Council GCCC

This is an example of plumbing work in Australia's premier tourist destination. Gold Coast City Council is responsible for ensuring this sort of disaster is inspected and corrected... Notice the gavanised clips holding the copper pipe... HELLOOOO. Was this even inspected ?? Add that it's a HAZMAT area..
Let's PRETEND for a second that this was actually inspected. The owner might think that GCCC has now assumed responsibility... NO, Not happening. An inspection isn't worth the paper it's printed on.. Call GCCC and they will tell you to contact the Plumber.. Rightly so... But why did the owner of this establishment have to pay inspection fees (directly or indirectly) it achieves nothing, means nothing, causes delays Oh sorry did I say it makes money for GCCC with absolutely no benifit to anyone.

This is typical of work see in Gold Coast. In all likelihood work not done by a plumber but you can guarantee GCCC Plumbing Inspectors will do nothing about it. Too much like hard work for them.
