MY opinion is that the governer got all these kids too join gangs cuz like they are the once tht are supposto pay for poor ppl and give them a better life style but the govorner is rasict because they dont care about black people if you go too a block you might see 1 or 2 white people living in the poor earies so it isint their folt for joining gangs...
