That is absolute bullshit. It was Jagex's fuck up, it is not the players' fault that they died, therefore it is not their fault they lost their items. In my mind, not giving them a rollback is seriously unfair to the hundreds that lost large sums of money because of a very easily spotted fuck up in the code of the update.

Oh and a note about rollbacks: JAGEX DO NOT DO ROLE BACKS. As far as I know, they have only ever done 1 and that was because the problem basicly destroyed a skill (RC) and so they rolled back a tiny bit to remove the problem. Anyone who was there when it happened will know they turned the game offline for hours before finally deciding to do one. They do not do a rollback because some people die and lose items.

And to these noobs that say they will sue Jagex for not doing a rollback: wow...

Why does everyone hate Jagex when they make a mistake in their coding. Most people have no idea how complicated it is to code a game like Runescape and how hard they work to ensure that they release lots of updates with minimal glitches. Ofcourse there are going to be glitches, live with it.

If I stepped into safe clanwars and saw 100 graves I would step out and bank my stuff.

One of the many reasons I dropped RS. They fail and make their players pay for it, they don't use common sense either, plus they don't listen to their customers, and just overall don't care as long as they are still rich. I've support jagex for a long long time but damnit it's retarded when they make people that didn't do anything wrong pay for their mistakes and then not help them.
