@MarcReinders Nope wrong answer the correct answer is they Use something dat called "Masking Tool" in Sony Vegas this program is used to editing videos really easy...

They did use cropping. They shot film of nothing on the other side of the suitcase, then she moved and they cut into two clips. Then they cropped the "dead" or still footage into the suitcase, and the woman on the other side and viola! MAGIC

they shot it twice, and then they cut the sides of the suitcase into a 'crop effect' (I actually don't know some other word for that) It's not that hard to do it though, but it's a really awesome effect!
