Heyy I was wondering how i can get my leg more straightened when i do the move at 0:42 because i really want to use it in a dance. and does it have an actual name?? :) Thanks so much! :)

Commonly called "three legged downdog" in my circle of yogi friends, try lowering airborne leg to straighten until you get better proficient hip flexibility, otherwise jack it up high *like mine bent also in poor form!* but i only worry about inner alignment, not outer *sorry!
