ok what peak human is strong enough to stop a moving elevator while its fucking falling? what peak human is able to fight off a incredibly large group of Asgradian(or however its spelled) trolls? what peak human is able to hold up a skyscraper? what peak human can throw a shield at a distance of two freaking football fields, after a missle and still have enough power and accuracy to hit the missle? Really tell me, has batman ever done any of what i said even closely?

This makes Cap look like a sucky fighter, hes just as skilled as Batman in hand to hand combat and their equal in strategy combine that with the fact that phisicaly stronger and faster makes them pretty even

Give him a vibranium suit and panther serum and he is. They both have equal amounts of skill which I think would give Batman the round in this one. Not easily but eventually. At least that's my opinion.

you have good points, but remember batman has trained and mastered in 127 different styles of martial arts, is at peak physical and mental human. As much as i love cap, i think batman would win. Maybe not because of muscle, but his intellect is far superior. And as they say, "Brains over brawns"

(bane, slade, supes, wonderwoman, croc, darkseid, sinestro, amazo) also in arkham city when he is poisoned he took on grundy, clayface, league of assassins, ras al ghul, mr freeze, need i go on, and thats when poisoned ! the demon trials are forgotten to batman has subjected his mind to strength beyond CA, also the whole motives in TDK trilogy, an ever lasting symbol, batman isn't afraid to die in order to win a fight is cap that strong and smart to defeat the dark knight nope
