  • The FDA does regulate some skincare products.

  • Another good source for this info is The Environmental Work Group website. It has a search database called Skin Deep with a whole list of products and their ingredients. It also lists anything bad or dangerous the ingredients might be linked to. I know in the US they don't have to always list every ingredient so this site is really awesome!

  • thank you so much. i was using some exfoliant by l'oreal with salicidic acid and i notice a little irritation, my skin is already sensitive so i thought that it was from other product. i'll never use it again

  • @ilovearj its the same... its der in most face washes, shower gels and shampoos

  • @Nightberrii olay doesnt have sodium lauryl sulphate.. i havnt checked for polyethylene glycol tho..

  • like others said here... i'm using Oil free Neutrogena face wash and it has Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Polyethylene Glycol.... Oo can someone suggest any good face wash product that hasn't have any of these bad ingredients?
